Individuals therapy or counseling can be beneficial if you:

  • feel sad, anxious, or irritable more often than you would like. 
  • are exhausted from making the same, unproductive choices.
  • repeatedly struggle with toxic relationships (family, romantic partner, friends, co-workers, etc.).
  • have trouble adjusting to painful life events  (e.g., abuse, death, divorce, breakup, etc.).
  • wish you had more tools to deal with difficult relationships or circumstances.
  • worry that, if things continue as they are, you will regret not having done more to improve or change their your life.
Just as physical pain lets us know when we are injured, emotional pain can signify that we are not living our best lives.  Individual therapy or counseling can help.
